Ravenna at Pelican Marsh is an idyllic condominium community on Florida’s west coast in North Naples. It offers twenty-four two-story buildings each with four residences, an ideal size for those seeking to avoid crowds. Ravenna’s site between two large ponds ensures privacy. To the east, beyond the pond, is the 17th green of Pelican Marsh’s golf club. To the west, beyond the pond, is a low rise home-owners’ community. We are one of the few condominiums with a tree, shrub and plant embellished boulevard median. A swimming pool, fitness center and social clubhouse are additional amenities available to Property Owners and their guests.
Ravenna is administered by a seven-person volunteer Board of Directors with daily operations and oversight performed by a Property Manager. Florida Condominiums are regulated by state statute as well as the Association’s documents. This ensures uniformity of control as well as supplying residents with useful information sources. Built in 1998-1999, Ravenna is far enough away from major roads so that traffic noise is not intrusive but close enough to permit easy access to shopping, dining and other life-style activities. Outside of Ravenna and Pelican Marsh there is, in season, lots of activity…within there is tranquility. Our residents are a mix of full-timers, many of whom are employed, and “snow birds”. It is primarily an adult community although younger couples have and are raising children here.
